Printing to PaperCut Global Driver from Adobe Reader

There are two ways of selecting grayscale when printing to the PaperCut Global Driver from Adobe Reader.
The method in the top screen shot sets grayscale. This is the Print in grayscale (black and white) checkbox in the main print dialog.
