Start and stop the Job Ticketing service

The procedure for stopping the service depends on the platform the Application Server is run on.

Stopping and starting the Job Ticketing service on Windows

Job Ticketing runs as a Windows service when installed on Windows. You can stop or start it using the Services control panel applet. To stop/start/restart the Job Ticketing service:

1. Open the services control panel. ( Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services )
2. Find the service named Job Ticketing.
3. Right-click the service.
4. Select the option you want to perform (e.g. Stop/Start/Restart).
