At PaperCut, we believe that flexibility is key to helping our people achieve their goals. That’s why we support both working from home and regularly coming into the office to collaborate. Our hybrid work approach sees PaperCutters in the office 2-3 days per week.

PaperCut design work flexibility around what you need, short-or-long-term. If you have any specific needs in the workplace, let us know and we’ll try our best to make it happen.

Flexible work hours

Some of us have extra responsibilities at home, some have a favourite pilates class at 10am. Need to make adjustments to regular work times? We’re fine with that.

Hybrid connectivity

We provide plenty of opportunities to build a sense of belonging at PaperCut, in-office or not, including; Friday night drinks, virtual yoga, team lunches, and holiday celebrations.

Fully equipped remote work setup

PaperCut fully equips you for remote work with our standard kit comprising a Windows Laptop/MacBook, 27 inch monitor, docking station, keyboard, and mouse.

How do you become a PaperCutter?

We have a hiring process that lets you put your best self forward.

1. We'll reach out

Our Talent team will reach out to set up an initial chat to get to know you better and answer any questions you might have. If it’s not the right fit or time, we’ll let you know!

2. Your time to shine

Each process is slightly different but typically involves another 2 to 3 opportunities for you to meet other PaperCutters and showcase your skills either through a workshop, technical interview, or a presentation task.

3. Making it official

If you’re happy and we’re happy, we’ll conduct a background check including professional references, then send you an offer to sign before organizing your laptop, swag, and onboarding plan.
