Resolving Profile Installation Error on iOS - PaperCut Printer Setup

Issue:
When attempting to install a new iOS profile on your iPhone, an error message is displayed.
Error Message:
“Profile Installation Failed Remove the profile ‘PaperCut Printer Setup’ before installing this profile.”
Reason for the Error:
This error occurs when attempting to install a new profile over an existing profile that has an old certificate.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
Removing the old profile to install a new profile

Navigate to Settings on your iPhone.

Go to General.

Select VPN & Device Management.

Under Configuration Profile, locate “PaperCut Printer Setup” (refer to the provided screenshot).

Tap on “PaperCut Printer Setup” and then choose “Remove profile.”

By following these instructions, you can successfully install the new profile without encountering the mentioned error.
After removing the old profile, you can add the new profile by doing the following:

Open your PaperCut Pocket/Hive mobile app.

Click the banner presented or Navigate to the top-right-hand avatar

Look for the “Print from this Phone? Install Profile” option.

Follow the prompts to reinstall the new profile.
